  How do I create an account?

Visit the Create New Account page and complete the necessary fields.
 

  What is my account ID?

Your email address.
 

  How do I see which training courses are available?

Visit the Calendar of Events page or Training Courses page.
 

  How do I register for a training course?

Visit the Calendar of Events page or Training Courses page. Review the course details and click on the Register button.
 

  How do I withdraw from a training course?

Login to your account, go to the Dashboard page and withdraw from the course.
 

  How will I be notified if a training course is cancelled?

If a course is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified by email. You may also go to the Dashboard page and check the status of the course.
 

  Is Continuing Education credit available?

Continuing Education recognition is available to participants for many Boggs Center courses. Approvals vary by course. Refer to the course description to confirm whether your course is eligible for Continuing Education credit.
 

  How do I get a Certificate of Attendance?

Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to all participants who meet the eligibility requirements a few business days following the training. To demonstrate completion and receive a certificate, you must be logged into the online training from start to finish, participate in all activities and discussions, and complete the survey at the end of the course. If you are eligible, a copy of your certificate will also be available in your Dashboard history tab.
 

  How do I request accommodations?

If accommodations are required for you to participate, please complete the Accommodations section in My Profile. Select the accommodations and describe your needs in the comment box.

  How do I request a copy of my transcript?

Select the Transcript tab in the Dashboard page to view or save your transcript.
 

  Can I register someone else from my organization?

No. Each person must have their own account with unique email address and password in order to register.  Participants may designate an additional registration contact to receive registration and other email notifications.
 

  Can I designate an additional registration contact person?

Yes, you may designate someone in addition to yourself in the  Profile section of your account to receive registration confirmations and other email notifications.
