Case Illustration: Developing A Person-Centered Behavior Support PlanThis webinar will use a case study to illustrate the need to address a variety of factors, in addition to the primary function of the behavior, to achieve a significant reduction in the frequency of problem behavior. Strategies to develop and implement a behavior plan based on the functional hypothesis, components of the individual assessment, and incorporation of additional support needs will be reviewed. The outcomes for this case illustration will show how including supports related to personal well-being and addressing mental-health needs can improve quality of life and reduce the frequency of problem behaviors.
