Coaching Session: Balancing Important To And Important For In Planning

Support Coordinators play a critical role in helping people with disabilities and their families develop a vision for one’s life .One of the key person-centered concepts involves thinking about what is “important to” the person and what is “important for” the person.  Support Coordinators will share real-life examples  based on case study of intentional person-centered approaches.
 
Note: This training currently is ONLY open to DDD/Medicaid Approved Support Coordination agencies and Employees of DDD.
To meet the training needs of the entire state, there is a limit of participants per agency for this training.
 
Certificates: Certificates of Attendance with training title and duration will be provided.
