Holding The Compass 2: Adult Services 101 - What Happens After Graduation?

What does adult life look like after high school, and what supports are out there to help make it work? This session will provide a clear, simplified, practical overview of the services, supports, and funding streams that exist in New Jersey’s disability adult support system. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how to ask the right questions, advocate effectively, and partner with your young adult to shape a future that reflects their strengths, preferences, and goals.

Note: For engagement and active participation in the training, you must use a device with working camera.  It is strongly recommended that you use a computer or a laptop with a strong WiFi connection.  Phones and mobile devices are discouraged due to connectivity issues

Certificates: Certificates of Attendance with training title and duration will be provided.
