Coaching Session: Time Management Strategies And Tools

Support Coordinators are faced with a number of competing priorities and time sensitive responsibilities. In this virtual coaching session, Support Coordinators will discuss common issues related to time management and share strategies for effectively managing responsibilities and meeting deadlines. Participating Support Coordinators must come prepared with examples, strategies, and tools.

Participants are expected to actively contribute to the conversation by coming prepared to brainstorm and share resources related to the topic.

Note: This training currently is ONLY open to Employees of DDD, DDD/Medicaid Approved Support Coordination agencies, and Support Coordination agencies authorized by DDD to move forward with the training required in qualifications.

In order to assure engagement and active participation, you must use a device with working camera.  It is strongly recommended that you use a computer or a laptop with a strong WiFi connection.  You must be in a stationary location (e.g. not driving, shopping, working, etc...). Phones and mobile devices are discouraged due to connectivity issues. Please connect with your employer in advance of the session. They should provide you with the technology and appropriate scheduling to successfully complete training required of your job.

To meet the training needs of the entire state, there is a limit of participants per agency for this training.

Certificates: Certificates of Attendance with training title and duration will be provided.
