Marketing Matters: Making The Most Of CBI Through Community PartnershipsIn New Jersey, achieving competitive, integrated employment (CIE) for individuals with disabilities is the primary goal, and it all starts with providing authentic community-based learning experiences. Developing strong relationships with community partners is crucial, as these partnerships are the key to successful learning experiences that pave the way for students' desired career pathways through person-centered approaches. During this interactive webinar, participants will gain valuable insights into establishing a career awareness and exploration program designed to promote CIE. This training will focus on utilizing strategies to effectively market, recruit, develop, and maintain partnerships with local businesses. These collaborations will ensure students' progress along their desired career paths, empowering them to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
Note: This training provides a total of 5.5 hours of professional development.
