A New Jersey Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Event
 
Celebrating The 2025-2026 NJLEND Fellows

Join us for the 10th Annual New Jersey Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (NJLEND) Maternal & Child Health Leadership Symposium, a program of The Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development. This symposium will celebrate the accomplishments of the 2025-2026 class of NJLEND Fellows and feature a keynote presentation by Shilpa Pai, MD, FAAP, Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Co-Lead, Health Equity Thread, and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The NJLEND Fellows will present their Leadership Projects during a poster session at the beginning of the symposium. The Poster Gallery Walk and Networking Session will begin at 9:00 AM.

NJLEND is New Jersey's Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program and is a component of The Boggs Center on Disability and Human Development, a division of the Department of Pediatrics, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. NJLEND provides graduate-level interdisciplinary, leadership training to prepare the next generation of health and allied health leaders to address the needs of children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities, health disparities, cultural competence, related developmental disabilities, and other maternal and child health populations. NJLEND Fellows and faculty represent disciplines across Rutgers and Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. NJLEND also provides technical assistance and continuing education to families and Maternal and Child Health professionals, including this Symposium.
